Getting sized up!!
Another very important thing to do before getting started. Take the same approach with sizing up as you would do for indoor cycling. Definitely reach out if you are unsure. You want to be adjusted perfectly before starting a (2hr) ride.
Rules of the ROAD!
New Group.. and yes we are all learning. My job & the appointed leader will need to communicate with the group via hands signs in the air. I will be researching these signs and communicating them with you all as we go. Also, learning the rules of the trail, and being courteous to other riders and pedestrians.
